Der Bagdader Midan-Ausschuss für Sport und Jugend bereitet gerade die anstehende Delegationsreise von Vertretern des Sport- ministerium, des Olympischen Kommittees und des Verbandes der Sportfirmen vor. Diese Delegationsreise steht im Zusammenhang mit den anstehenden privaten und staatlichen Ausschreibungen zum Auf- und Ausbau der Sportinfrastruktur im Irak                                                                          بغداد 24/3/2007 ...احمد النافع الشركات العراقية تقدم أوراق اعتمادها كأعضاء في الاتحاد الألماني للأعمال بداية لمرحله بناء المرافق الرياضية في العراق ويأتي هذا التوجه استجابة إلى التحضيرات الكبيرة التي ترافق عملية تنفيذ برامج إعادة المرافق الرياضية المتضررة واستحداث ملاعب جديدة في العراق . وقد حدد الاتحاد الألماني للأعمال نوع الشركات المنتمية من صنف الأول والثاني إضافة إلى الأعمال المنجزة خلال الثلاثة سنوات الماضية .

 احمد النافع المدير الإقليمي للاتحاد الألماني للأعمال ركز على دور الشركات العراقية في بناء البلد وفق رؤية جديدة بعيدة عن البناء التقليدي الذي يفتقر إلى النوعية والإجادة التامة وطرح سلوكيات جديدة في العمل معتمدين على الاحتكاك المباشر بالشركات الألمانية ذات الخبرة العالية في النوعية وحسن الأداء. وقد أكد المدير الإقليمي على ضرورة تؤأمة الشركات الألمانية والعراقية كبرنامج جديد يسعى إليه الاتحاد الألماني للأعمال وذلك من خلال إتاحة الفرصة المباشرة للشركات العراقية من خلال التسجيل في المركز التجاري الألماني العراقي المزمع فتحة في ألمانيا  والذي يضم شركات مماثله في مجال الاختصاص والذي يتيح الفرصة باللقاء بالشركات الألمانية وفتح دورات تدريبية لكوادر عراقية ومنح شهادات خبرة في مجال الاختصاص . أن توجه الاتحاد الألماني في هذه الفترة لتنمية القطاع الخاص جاء نتيجة للوضع الأمني الغير مستقر نسبيا والذي لا يتيح الفرصة للشركات الألمانية من ألمجي إلى موطن العمل فخلق شركات بديله عراقية منفذه أمر لا بد منه في الفترة الراهنه

من جانب آخر أكد السيد أسامة ناجي الزيدي مدير شركة عطاء الأجيال للمقاولات العامة أن الشركات العراقية بحاجة إلى تقنية كبيرة في ديناميكية العمل والإدارة والتخطيط وان مسالة الاحتكاك مع الشركات الألمانية صعب في الوقت الحاضر فالاحتكاك بحاجة إلى ممارسة عملية وتخطيط ومتابعه وان البلد لايملك الأرضية الصلبة في الوقت الحاضر  لاستقبال حتى معاهد للتدريب والتأهيل . أن التأكيد على مسالة التجهيز من قبل الشركات الألمانية أمر مستحسن في الوقت الحاضر وان الاستثمار بحاجة إلى استقرار اقتصادي ووضع امني مستقر . وقد أكد الزيدي أن الشركات العراقية ألان قادرة على تنفيذ الأعمال كبناء الجسور وتبليط الشوارع وفق المواصفات المطلوبة ، بناء المستشفيات والمستوصفات تنفيذ محطات تصفية وتحليل وتعقيم المياه . أن شركات قطاع الخاص العراقية قادرة على العمل بمساعده ومساندة الشركات العالمة ومنها الشركات الألمانية .
